Write to support
A message to a person — not the assistant and not a bot. No email, no phone, no name: you get a ticket code instead — with it you read the reply and carry on the conversation.
Never write your account number (16 characters in groups of four) or an activation code here: they are passwords, and they are removed before the message is stored anyway. To find your subscription, the six-character account ref the app shows is enough.
How it works
- you send the message and get a ticket code — five groups of five characters;
- a person reads it and answers; that can take a few days;
- to read the reply, come back to this page and enter the code;
- the code covers the whole conversation: with it you also add new messages to the same ticket;
- the code is the only way to the conversation: we do not keep it and cannot recover it.
What happens to the message
- on the server it is stored encrypted: to the operator's key, which is not on the server, and to a key that only your code opens — the server itself cannot read it;
- nothing about you is stored with it: no address, no name, no email;
- the conversation is deleted 90 days after its last message.
