Terms of use

What you buy, and what we do not promise. By paying for a subscription you accept these terms.

What a subscription is

A subscription is a term and a number of devices: access to our servers through our apps for that long and for that many devices. The term starts when the subscription code is entered in the app, not when it is bought.

A subscription code must be activated within a year of payment. The order page shows the codes for 90 days after payment — save them straight away.

What we do not promise

We do not promise the service works on every network at every moment. The network between you and our servers is not ours: it is filtered, slowed down and switched off, and mobile internet sometimes lets through only the sites on a whitelist.

When something gets blocked, we change server addresses and ways of connecting, and release app updates. We try to be quick, but we promise no deadline: nobody knows in advance what will be blocked, or when.

Some Russian services do not open from VPN addresses. That is their restriction, not a fault on our side.

No refunds

A Monero payment cannot be sent back: we have no sender address. So there are no refunds — not for an unused term, not for codes never activated. An underpaid order waits for the rest at the same address; an overpayment is not returned.

If the service did not work for you from the first day through our fault, we extend the subscription. Write to support and give the six-character account ref.

What is not allowed

No spam, no attacking or scanning other people's networks, no fraud, and no child sexual abuse material. We keep no logs, so we learn of such things only from complaints about our servers; when the device responsible can be identified, it is cut off without a refund.
